Okay, so I am just starting the 28 Day Challenge and I have a question. I went off the high calorie/high sugar soda a little over 1 year ago, and I noticed a huge change. Over the course of dropping those drinks, I started drinking zero calorie, zero sugar drinks instead, mostly Fresca. I know that on the 28 day challenge.....and beyond we should not drink soda, juice, etc, but what about these zero sugar, zero calorie drinks like Fresca, Seltzer Waters, etc? Do those fall into the same category as soda and juice even though they are zero sugar, zero calorie and basically just carbonated water? I would appreciate any thoughts on the matter, especially if anyone here is say a nutritionist, trainer, etc.
