28 day challenge questions.
I just got my 28 day challenge and i'm looking forward to grinding it out before hunting season gets here. However i have a slight dilemma Im a dairy farmer so cutting out milk is against my religion. Are there ways to still drink milk and make it work the protein shakes in the morning are tons better with it but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. any help at all would be appreciated i currently drink a gallon every 1to 2 days. any input would be greatly appreciated.

Casey, I feel your pain. I was raised working on dairy farms including my grandfathers in Wisconsin. I've always liked the phrase, " don't let the perfect destroy the good"! Low fat or better yet non-fat milk reduces the total calories and removes most of the fat. It's certainly not a tragedy to use milk but the shakes were actually designed to mix in water alone. A tip is to mix or blend the shake and let it sit for a minute. The fiber we include in the shake will begin to swell and give it a milkshake consistency. Don't sweat the small stuff my friend.
