Wilderness Athlete Diet?
I am on my second 28 day challenge, I done one a few years ago and it worked great. Bad choices has put me to where I need to get back going. I am now working doing a cross fit program along with, trial running and biking. I know that there is no real diet plan that we follow but I hear all about Zone and Keto and all of these other diets. In relation how do I need to manage my macros to best suit my needs and be successful with this challenge.
