On the mountain nutrition

Okay so I am in week #2 of the challenge, and I have an elk scouting trip this weekend.  Considering the time of day I will be waking up and where I will be, it is not feasible to do my meal replacement shake, and pack in my meals/snacks with the required ice packs to keep things cool.  What does everyone do when they are on the mountain and can't follow the plan guidelines for nutrition?  What do you eat for meals/snacks in these situations?
