Which package is best ?

Coach Paulsen. I work in the oil and gas industry so I work crazy hours and for 2 weeks at a time. I definitely need something to help me stay healthy and get my key nutrients.  I m wanting to build muscle and stay lean as possible. Would you recommend the 28 day challenge or the builder pack? Thank you in advance!

  • Dakota, if you are currently relatively lean I would go straight to the Builder Pack. If you have some body fat to drop I would first complete a 28 Day Challenge and then jump on the Builder. Go gettem! Coach P
