28 day Challenge

starting the challenge next week and was reading through the book and it talks about the "ugly truth about sugar". And states that women should only have 100 calories a day from sugar. Can you clearify if this is processed sugar or both processed and natural sugar? Wondering if honey and fruit needs to be counted towards this?
