workout for 60+
I'am 61yrs. old I'am working partime 3-4 days a week outdoors. I try to eat a light breakfast, usually a breakfast type bar. And Energy& Focus. Also Lean Life in the AM and again in the afternoon. It is so hot out right now it is hard for me to go out and walk or ride my bike. Went for a general checkup, my Dr. gave me a injection of vit. B-12. To help get my energy level up. Any suggestions? If your goal is to increase your energy levels the Energy and Focus and the lean life will be a good source of natural caffeine and B vitamins in the morning.
