Starting the challenge

I am starting the challenge in the morning. already down  25 lbs trying to get 11 more off to reach my goal.

  • Currently at 213 continue to stay at it. Ran a 5k this weekend and ran my PR at 25:45

  • How many challenges have you done? What was your starting weight? How do you feel during the off time from  The challenge? 

     

    I go go to school in January for 3 months and would like to do a Challenge.

  • I just did one officially but have continued to keep the same basic workout and supplemements....started at 245 250 in there and are now around 210 215 and trying to stay in thay range...I feel great and I was very strict on the challenge and now I just give myself one day to do whatever and eat what I want, so never really have stopped following the challenge program
