Hunting Practice for Archers
"Getting Comfortable being Uncomfortable"
5 arrows x 10 rounds (Designed first to fatigue you) then,
5 arrows standing x 2 rounds
5 arrows kneeling on 1 knee x 1 round (Any distance)
5 arrows kneeling on both knees x 1 round (Any distance)
*Take it up a notch and wear your pack for this exercise*
I took up shooting a compound bow last month. I was surprised how well i was doing starting off. Utilizing this workout I think Im going to find that I need lots more practice. if anyone has anymore workouts like this would you please share them with me!
I am incorporating, archery training with my physical training. The one good thing about being disabled and not working is having lots of time for training. I love it,,,
