Rule Your Resolution

My name is Travis and I'm excited for the challenge! Last fall I did the 28 day challenge and had pretty good success. With the new year, I want to get back into the WA products more consistently and incorporate daily exercise (something I didn't do with the 28 day challenge and still had success). I just placed my order so as soon as it arrives, I will post my goals, photo and start the journey!

  • Hey Travis!

I apologize for this post getting hung up for review. It became marked as spam for some reason. Please let us know if you finished the 28 Day Challenge or where you stand on it. We can give you an extension on the promo if you held off!

    Thank you!

  • I have been using the products for almost three weeks now. Instead of the 28 day challenge, I modified the products a bit. Each morning, I wake up and mix a superman drink. On my drive to work, I have a meal replacement shake with the green infusion mixed in and a daily multivitamin. Then, depending on the day, I either have a meal replacement shake for lunch or try to eat a sensible lunch if I don't have the shake. I have noticed that when I follow this routine, I have much more energy, I feel better (no bloating or discomfort) and I'm way more productive at work...especially in the afternoons.

My goals for this challenge are:

    1. Pay closer attention to what I eat at each meal.

    2. Incorporate exercise into my daily routine.

    3. Lose weight if it happens, but more importantly, just feel better all around.

I will post updates on progress and also publish my initial review of the 28 day challenge I did last fall here...

Thank you WA for producing such great products and for initiating this challenge!

  • I'm three weeks in and down about six pounds! Even more important than the weight loss is I feel great! I have much more energy in the afternoons. After my morning Superman drink and shower...I feel like I can accomplish anything! #RuleYourResolution!

  • Final results from my 28 day challenge. Down 10 pounds and feeling great! Still need to work in a daily exercise routine, but just by watching what I'm eating and incorporating the WA products has helped tremendously! Below are my before and after photos (from left to right).

  • Travis,

Great work! 10 pounds is a great accomplishment. I am curious as to how your strength/endurance developed over that time? As you said, by sticking to a healthful diet alone, a lot of progress can be made. Fitness and good health is an exercise in diet more than anything else.

  • Good morning Kevin,

Given that I wasn't able to work in a regular exercise routine, I'm not able to gauge my strength and endurance changes very accurately. That being said, I have noticed that with my increase in energy, I am able to withstand daily tasks better and not tire out as easily with moderate exercise (taking the kids for a walk, going for a bike ride, etc.). I really want to work in 30-45 minutes of cardio/weight training on a daily basis. That's my next goal. With three little children running around and both spouses working full-time, it's harder than I imagined. I just need to start it and stick to it. Thanks for the response Kevin, great to hear from you!

  • Travis,

I completely understand where you are coming from with time constraints and finding the time for exercise. With the weight loss you have achieved from diet alone really, you can imagine how much more progress you can make even with that 30-45 minutes of exercise. I would suggest looking into some routines like P90X or Train To Hunt workouts that can be done in your living room (some with modification). High interval training can become extremely efficient in that 30-45 window and the rewards will be tremendous. Good luck and let us know if we can help with anything at all!

  • Good morning Kevin,

Funny you should mention those programs. I have purchased the P90X extreme (the thirty minute version) and hope to implement soon. I will keep you posted on the results. Thanks for the feedback!
