28 Challenge

Is anyone doing the 28 day challenge in preparation for this fall?

    Are you just starting a challenge? If so, that's awesome! I pretty much live the challenge so I don't really go on and off. I'm in the hotel gym now doing cardio sipping hydrate & recover. I even have my homemade meal replacement muffins in the refrigerator.

    If you have questions or need tips or motivation hit us up on here. I would love to follow your progress!!

  • Ransom, I have been a fan of the 28 day challenge for a while, I have done two this year.  I am 34, and I now feel like I did when I played football in high school. When not doing the challenge I have used the H&R, vitamins, and recovery drinks all year, with some of the other products off and on. I have been doing a few of Tony Horton's workouts 6 days a week for most of the year. With family and work schedule, gym time is tough, so my gym is home and outside!  I am a huge believer in WA products.  Give it a try!
