First day of the challenge

Today is the first day of my first 28 day challenge. I love the structure and how easy it is to plan your meals out. This busy life gets the best of me and planning my food took back seat. My goals are to decrease overall body fat by 5-8% by September. That would sure make walking up and down those Mtns after elk a little easier.
