28 Day Challenge Questions
I started my 28 day challenge this week and have a few questions. After reading a few threads here I may be taking products in the wrong sequence. Below is what I am currently doing:
7-8am - Meal Replacement Shake
9-10am - Snack with Lean Life
12 - Lunch
3 - Superman with Lean Life
6pm - Dinner
8pm - 30min treadmill then probotics
Do I need to change anything up? Should the lean lifes be closer to my meals?
So in the 28-day Challenge Guide and Tracker, there should be days that you can follow. I would take Lean life in the morning at least 15-20 minutes before your Meal Replacement for breakfast and also lunch. Please give us a call here at the office if you have any further questions.
