Still pounding away at my resolution

I reached my goal of weight loss and have now been trying to add muscle weight back on. Only put on about 3 pounds so far but it's a start. I did 2 of the 28 day challenges and am thinking of doing the builder package. Am loving the results so far! #ruleyourresolution #itsalifeatylechange #notjustadiet #wildernessathlete #staywild

  • That's awesome man! Putting muscle on takes quite a bit of time and 3 lbs of muscle is huge! Keep grinding and I love the builder package.
