Chocolate/Strawberry meal replacement shake recipes???
Hey guys, I'm getting ready to start my 28 day challenge and i have the chocolate and the strawberry meal replacement powder... I was wondering what do you guys do to the shakes to keep them from becoming boring or mundane??? i would simply just use the powder with water but i can see that getting very old very quickly!!! any advice will help greatly! Thanks!
I make my shakes with no sugar added vanilla almond milk. I also add fresh frozen fruit and cinnamon to the shake for flavor. They are soooo good its like having dessert! I have some shake recipes on my website. Here is a link:
