Carbs!!!!

Almost through my first week of my 28 Day Challange. I have been avoiding carbs at all cost!!! Should I be? Or are healthy grains a good idea? I am not craving them; just curious?

  • Brian, one of the greatest marketing snow jobs ever is the supposed need to consume whole grain foods. My advice is to stay away from them since the nutritional value, not to mention dietary fiber, is far more prevalent in vegetables. I would encourage you to follow this course of action not only during your 28 day challenge but as a change of lifestyle.  Coach P
