Introduction

My name Josh. I am 35 and this is my second time using Wilderness Athlete and I am excited. My goal this time is to lose 12-15 pounds during the challenge. I will post updates on instagram under the handle shrivy7. I just received my package today so tomorrow will be day 1 of the challenge.

  • One week in the books and can't believe it. Weighed in this morning and down 5.7 pounds and feel great. This morning while doing my measurements my "Motivation" needed to take part. Can't wait to see what this week brings. I have attached my "Motivation!!" I also have attached a day 1 and day 7 photo. I look forward to sending a 14 day photo next week.

  • Your motivation is adorable!! There is nothing better than being healthy together as a family and instilling good habits in them while they are young. Congratulations on your progress, keep up the fantastic work!!

  • Week 2 in the books and still feeling great. Lost an additional 2.3 pounds and another inch off my waist. Struggling a little with the nothing to eat after 7 pm. Work, family and life in general causes for a late supper or an early one and then I feel hungry around that 8:30 mark. Any suggestions?

  • Everyone's life is different. My husband doesn't get home from work until 7, so that's when we eat dinner. What you don't want is your body to be trying to digest your dinner while you sleep, so that's why we say no eating after 7. However if your schedule dictates eating after 7, then just make sure there is enough time and maybe even some activity between dinner and bedtime. If you are going to snack on something, try to snack on vegetables as they are lower in sugar and higher in fiber. Life definitely won't stop for you to eat healthy, so any effort is better than none!

  • Day 21 down 10.2 total pounds and not only physical change but mental change as well. I even got my dad started and we are keeping each other posted on updates and ideas for different exercises to do at home.

  • Day 28. I can't believe how fast the days went. It feels like I just started yesterday. I couldn't be happier with results I have seen. My final tally was 12.3 pounds and 9.8 total inches. I feel great and can't wait for my next package to show up. It is amazing what a little structure and motivation can do. Day 1 and Day 28 photos.

    Your results are stellar sir! I'm glad to hear you are motivated to keep trekking with your fitness and diet, that is where most people fall off track. The best part about the results you've seen here is now you can use them as motivation and examples of what dedication does for you!

  • Just got confirmation my auto shipment is on its way and cant wait. My dad ordered the kit a couple weeks ago and said it's one of the best things he has ever done for himself and his health. He can't wait till our fall hunting trip. We look forward to continued success.
