Eating better to lose a little weight
okay so I'm a college student and I play sports, but I still had a little problem with the freshman 15 this year, I didn't gain a lot of weight, but it is a little noticeable in certain areas I've come up with a new eating plan and I just needed an opinion on if it sounds like it would work or not.
For breakfast I eat a little bowl of special k cereal and an apple if there are any available
for lunch I'll eat a salad made up of spinach leaves, broccoli,cucumbers croutons and some Italian dressing, but I try to make sure I don't put too much dressing on
and for dinner I'll eat a turkey sandwich with wheat bread and spinach leaves and cheese and mayonnaise on it. And I drink water all day I don't drink any juice or soda
on top of working out would that help me lose a few pounds?
