The time is NOW!

Hi my name is Zach.  I am from Utah born and raised and have always been active hunting and fishing throughout the steep Wasatch mountains.  10 years ago I was at peak fitness as a Wildland firefighter, fighting fires throughout the AZ, UT and ID mountains.  However, since life hit me hard between college, getting married working 60 hour weeks and 3 kids.  My health declined dramatically, gaining upwards of 80 lbs over the past 10 years I am now at 293 5'10".

The most important thing in my life is my family.  I want to be able to enjoy hunting fishing and vacationing with them for years to come so at 28 years old I have come to the break point....the time is NOW!  I need to set an example of health and fitness and putting priorities in order starting with my health.

I am taking this 28 day challenge to boost my healthy lifestyle and jumpstart weight loss.  My goal is to drop 15lbs over the next 28 days and reestablish habits from my past of working out consistently and eating things that fuel my body.  I am excited to get this started and will keep the forum updated throughout the next 28 days on my progress.

  • Hey Zach,

Just wanted to say welcome to the page and I'm excited to see you start seeing and feeling results. This will definitely help you reestablish good habits and show you really how bad you feel when you DON'T put good nutrition in your body. The most important piece of equipment you own is YOU! Please give us a shout if you have any questions too.

  • 1 week into the 28 day challenge.  I have dropped 6.5lbs so far which I feel is great.  One thing that was surprising was my measurements were all almost the same if not maybe a .5 inch difference.  However, there is no doubt I feel better, healthier and have more energy.  I am not a huge fan of the taste that the Superman leaves in my doubt it works.  I feel more alert energized and ready for the day.

  • Zach Fullmer  I found adding ice to Superman drink makes a world of difference. I drink on it while I'm getting ready to workout, during the work out, and finish it after the workout. It it is cold and refreshing.
