Probiotic timing for best efficacy
Hello Coach P,
My first shipment of WA arrived on my porch today! I'm excited, but I do have a question re: probiotics and timing. I noticed on the site that it says to take on an empty stomach. My question is should I take it in the morning right when I wake up (5-5:30a)? I typically eat breakfast about an hour later. Or should I take it prior to hitting the rack which is usually 2-3hrs post dinner?

Brooks, looks like your routine is great for probiotics on either end. I personally take mine first thing in the morning with no competing food in the gut. Having said that , based on what you said, evenings would also work. The convenience of first thing in the morning just makes more sense to me. I look forward to hearing about your results .
